Laugh Out LOUD
I’ve often heard the saying that laughter is the best medicine. As it turns out, it’s also a funny and efficient way to reduce stress. I’m sure this doesn’t come as a big surprise to you. Think back on the last time you laughed with your spouse, your bff or your children. I bet you felt great afterwards, especially if the laugh was a belly laugh that comes from your soul. I admire my husband because he has such a contagious & hearty laugh.
