Healthy Routines

You might be amazed at how creating and sticking to healthy routines can make you more time-efficient, and lead to less stress and more joy. Have you thought about establishing the routine of planning your meals a week in advance, cooking in large batches & prepping them for the whole family. Or setting an alarm in the mornings to have 30 minutes of prayer/meditation, listening to gospel jazz as you prepare breakfast & actually making time to sit to have a good breakfast before leaving for the office.
