Sometimes We Have To Slow Down

When we start gaining more positive energy, it can create a rush of adrenaline. The happier and more energized we feel, the more we strive to gain additional positive energy. It can become quite addictive, but the trouble is it can also lead to burnout.

Part of maintaining and growing positive energy, is to realize when it’s time to slow down. The body needs time to relax and recharge. We often associate burnout with negative energy and stress. However, it’s just as easy to get burnt out with positive energy if you overdo it.

So, remember to relax, slow down and take time out to recharge even when surrounded with positive energy.
