Positivity is as contagious as negativity. Today's challenge to you is to smile big & wide as many times as you can today. When arriving in your work place share a warm good morning to all of your colleagues. Some basic friendliness can lift the mood of the entire office. I'd be inclined to say that it may also tag you as a positive team member & potential leader if you're consistently implementing this practice. I've always felt people will remember how you've made them feel & it doesn't hurt anyone to bring positive energy as much as possible.
