Don't Discount Your Routines

Routines are definitely important. You know those things we do each day - boil the water for tea at a certain time, go to bed at a certain time each night, rise for the day at the same time each morning.


My routines have helped during this time of grieving.


Journaling,

Rising each day at 5:30 to have connecting time

My daily exercise commitment


These have helped with my anxiety, stress & to get more done each day. If you thrive off of order, as I do, embracing some daily rituals help to impact your life positively.
