Who's Showing Up For You?

Is it you? Are you showing up for yourself?


Hello???? Do you have a selfless attitude when it comes to others, but you're not open to consistently showing up for yourself?


The other day I was watching Amanda Seales & Ananda Lewis chat it up on Amanda's podcast on IG. They mentioned if others were not giving us the attention we deserved, most likely we'd be upset. They were stressing the point that's how we should feel with ourselves.


I say to you if someone else was not showing up for you how would you feel? Neglected, hurt, devalued... shall I go on? If we were to be honest, yes we'd feel some kind of way about that.


Being consistent with yourself will help to support in stable or improved mental & physical health, which in turn can benefit you & those around you.
